You may return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be in the same condition as you received it (unused, with no signs of wear)
Include all original packaging and accessories (case, cleaning cloth, tags, etc.)
Not have prescription lenses fitted (if applicable) or other custom modifications
To initiate a return, contact customer support with your order number. Once the return is approved, send the item back using a trackable shipping service.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the cost of return shipping may be your responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
